Preparation Instructions

HONEY SOY BEEF & NOODLE STIR-FRY Prep time: 15 mins Cook time: 10 mins what else to get 1 Tbsp sesame oil 250g beef frying steak(rump or sirloin), cut in thin strips 1 small red onion, sliced ½ tsp finely grated ginger ¼ fresh chilli, finely chopped (optional) ¼ tsp ground five spice 2 cups (200g) mixed vegetables* 150-175g cooked udon noodles what to do Heat sesame oil in a wok (or frying pan). Add beef and onion and stir-fry over a medium high heat until meat is browned. Add ginger, chilli (optional), five spice and mixed vegetables and continue stir-frying for 2-3 minutes. Pour over Wattie’s® Wok Creations® Honey Soy Stir-fry Sauce. Add cooked noodles. Toss together for a further 3-5 minutes until beef and vegetables are cooked.

Usage Instructions

After opening, refrigerate unused contents in a sealed non-metallic container.
